Ingredients:
Beef Meatballs:10 pcs,Red Sweet Peppers、Yellow Sweet Peppers:1 pc,Cucumber:1 pc
Seasonings:
Beijing Sweet Sauce:30g,White Sesame:5g
Production Method:
Defrost the beef meatballs. Cut the sweet peppers and cucumbers into pieces. Fry the meatballs in oil at 180℃ until golden, before adding in other ingredients to fry for 10 more seconds. Remove everything from pan and pour into a blending bowl. Pour in the sweet sauce and mix well. Serve on a plate with white sesame on top.
