Shrimp Balls:3 pcs,Spring Roll Skin:3 pcs,Pineapple:30g,Apple、Potato:1 pc
Seasonings:
Sugar:20g,Batter、Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza、Plant Butter:100g
Production Method:
Peel the potato. Steam the potato and make it into the puree by adding in fresh cream and sugar. Defrost and shred the shrimp ball. Peel and shred the apple and pineapple. Unfold the spring roll skin, and place evenly the puree and other ingredients on them, before sprinkling on some pizza mozzarella. Wrap up the spring roll and cover the surface with abundant batter. Fry in oil at 180℃ until golden.
