Pistachio with Greens

Ingredients:
Pistachio:450g,Fresh Mushrooms:3 pcs,Small Bok Choy:5 pcs,Bamboo shoots:20g
Seasonings:
Salt:2g,Drinking Water:100cc,Soup powder、Sesame Oil:5g
Production Method:
Defrost and boil the pistachios until 80% cooked. Cut off the roots of bok choy and then chop it up. Dice the bamboo shoots and the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms and bamboo shoots in a pan with a little bit of oil. Add in the chopped bok choy, water, condiments, pistachios, and some seed powder of gorgon euryale to thicken the mixture.
