Vegetarian Crispy Pork :450g,Dried Chilli Pepper:30g,White Sesame、Sichuan Pepper:5g,Celery:10g,Peanuts:15g
Seasonings:
Salt、Soup powder:5g
Production Method:
Freeze the crispy pork in advance and then defrost. Heat up the oil in pan until 180℃ and then add in the crispy pork to fry until crispy. Fry the celery, Sichuan pepper, dried chilli pepper and peanuts in another pan. Add the crispy pork into the second pan too to stir fry a little bit more. Serve with white sesame on top.
