Vegetarian Spicy Chicken Legs :150g,Carrot:1 pc,Green Pepper:1 pc,Peanuts:10g
Seasonings:
Mature Vinegar:20g,Light Soy Sauce:15cc,Chilli Oil:10g,Sugar、Sesame Oil、Ketchup:5g,Sichuan Bean Paste:30g
Production Method:
Defrost the chicken legs and cut into dices. Fry the dices until golden. Lightly fry the peanuts in hot oil. Dice the carrot and green pepper, add in a pot and cook until boiling, before cooling down with ice. Prep the pan with some oil. Add in the seasonings and some water. Stir fry all ingredients in the pan. Thicken the texture with seed powder of gorgon euryale.
