Vegetarian Bacon Slices:100g,Cabbage:200g,Capsicum:1 pc,Sword Beans:2 pc,Black Fungus:10g
Seasonings:
Drinking Water:60cc,Fermented Soy Bean:5g,Chilli Oil、Sesame Oil:10g,Spicy Bean Paste:15g,Salt、Soup powder:5g
Production Method:
Defrost the vegetarian bacon and cut into thick slices. Dry in oil about 180℃ for 10 seconds and remove from pan. Cut cabbage into long sections. Slice the capsicum and sword beans. Shred the black fungus. Heat the fermented soy bean and bean paste in the pan with some oil. Add water and then the bacon slices. Add in other ingredients. Stir fry for a little bit and add in some seed powder of gorgon euryale to thicken the texture.
