Vegetarian Bacon:200g,Mushrooms:3 pcs,Dried Mushrooms:2 pcs,Shittake:150g,Dried Plum Sauce:20g
Seasonings:
Salt:2g,Drinking Water:30cc,Mature Soy Sauce:1g,Sesame Oil、Soup powder:5g,Vegetarian Oyster Sauce:10g
Production Method:
Slice the bacon and fry in oil (180℃) for 5 seconds. Shred the mushrooms and dried mushrooms. Fill the pan with oil and then add in the shittake and mushrooms. Add in the dried plum sauce and other seasonings. Then add in water. Remove the mushrooms and shittake from the pan to wrap them up into the bacon. Hold the rolls together with toothpicks and then serve with the sauce on top.
