Mushrooms and Bacon in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
Vegetarian Bacon Slices:250g,Tea Tree Mushrooms、Crab mushroom:30g,Seafood mushroom:20g,Capsicum:1 pc,Asparagus:2 pcs,Ginger:5g
Seasonings:
Drinking Water:20cc,Sugar:2g,Sesame Oil:15g,Vegetarian Oyster Sauce:40g,Chilli Oil、Soup powder:10g,Mature Soy Sauce:5g
Production Method:
Defrost the bacon and cut into long slices. Wash all mushrooms and remove the roots. Cut the capsicums and ginger into long sections. Heat the pan with minimal amount of oil. Fry the ginger and the mushrooms. Then add in the vegetarian oyster sauce, mature soy sauce and water. Add in the remaining ingredients and seasoning to stir fry for 30 seconds. Thicken the texture by adding seed powder of gorgon euryale.
