Seasonings:
Drinking Water :500cc,Braising Pack:200g,Sesame oil:5g,Star anise:2 pcs,Cinnamon:1个,Soup powder:10g,Bay Leaves:3 pcs
Production Method:
Defrost Chiba Tofu and cut into small dices. Add the seasonings into a pot and boil for 15 mins to release the flavors. Add Chiba Tofu into the pot and boil for 5 mins on medium heat. Turn off the heat and let it sit for two hours before putting it in the fridge. Freeze overnight and serve the next day, topping the dish with coriander and white sesame.
